Blake brings more than a half-decade of experience to Window Pro, experience which he has earned in a variety of markets. When he was in his early twenties, Blake accepted a position with Sunburst Shutters, a national shutter supplier, and was assigned to open the Atlanta, Georgia market. Within a few months, Blake became the top installer in this region and a short time later, he became the top salesman as well.
A passion for listening to what a client really wants and working with them to provide a window covering solution that is not only affordable but also attractive is what prompted Blake to establish Window Pro. This same passion for customer satisfaction has been the cornerstone for the growth of Window Pro and Blake’s list of happy and satisfied clients is as varied as it is long.
In the past five years, Blake has sold and supervised the installation of approximately $10 million dollars worth of window coverings. He has done this by exceeding customer expectations, by providing a top-level product with top-level service, and by being available to the customer on the customer’s timetable. In fact, his slogan, “My hours are from now until you are satisfied” sums up his approach to business.
